The coffee rug at the bottom of the picture was the line that we drew for the boys. They were not allowed past that line unless we let them. It took some patience on our part to not let them past it, but it didn't take long. Sunday morning I was even able to iron clothes and walk around the house. I would come back, and there they were, still sitting there. Fun times!

Hard at work
This is not my normal job description. Most of my time is spent up at the register/Customer Service area. There was a day that I had to do some book training with two of my office girls. It was an unusually cold day in Florida that day. We froze all morning. At lunch time, I went to my car and brought in my blanket that I had used to cover my legs on my way to work that day. I was comfortable then. I was wearing a tank top under my long-sleeved, button down work shirt. Over that, I was wearing a pull-over sweater under my 3-button sweater (work sweater is fairly thick). It was nice to be able to sit for a day.

Christmas Tree
We were feeling a little goofy before we took it down.
After Berkley took the tree outside, he pounded the tree on the sidewalk a few times to see how many needles would fall off.
My parents got Berkley a remote control helicopter for Christmas. He was like a 5 year old at the lego factory. I was trying to take pictures of the tree. He crashed and burned a few times.

Bloggy Catchup!
So sorry that I've been unbloggin for awhile. I have been busy. Since I last put an "event" on the blog, I've had 2 wedding showers...got a promotion at work...started a marriage...went on an interesting cruise...and hosted Christmas (including having guests stay here). Here is the last two months in review. If you would like to see more pictures, leave me a comment with your email (if I don't have it) and I will be more than happy to send you the links from my Snapfish account.
Shower in Connecticut from Berkley's extended family. August 2007 (I don't currently have pix of the Church shower on the computer just yet)Beautiful weather leaving Port Canaveral for Honeymoon!
Our original destination was the BAHAMAS!!! There was a hurricane (Noel) in that location so they rerouted us to KEY WEST!!! No me gusta! It was boring, so we hung out on the boat that day and enjoyed the break from motion (there were 12 - 15 foot swells everyday we were on the boat). Check out my hair...it was windy!
Our first Christmas Tree. My first real Christmas Tree. It was quite the experience.
My nephews: Brody and Hooper. Brody is a Mini Pin Pin and Hooper is a Weiner dog! They are fun!Saturday, November 10, 2007
WOW
Wow, so much has happened since my last blog. There was the wedding party hosted by Lucinda at the church on October 7. The wedding on October 27, and the honeymoon the week after that. I'm only going to put up a few pictures as I have over 1000 pics of Oct26 and Oct27 from three different sources. I'd be loading pictures for the rest of my life if I put them all on here. I'm off to organize the party blog.

Cousin Wookie's Wedding
Berkley and I flew up to Michigan over last weekend for my dad's cousin's wedding. Keep in mind that these are Michigan rednecks. Michigan rednecks are different than Florida rednecks. I don't need to explain, you will see for yourself. Don (the groom) is in the WHITE TUX!!!

They only had two people stand with them. My dad and the groom's sister in law.
These were all the "Stracks" that were at the wedding. So we had to get a picture.
From left to right: Todd (Uncle Tim's oldest), Uncle Paul (Gradma's youngest), Grandma, Mom, Me, Dad, Brandon (Uncle Tim's middle), Uncle Tim, and Grandpa!
Dollar dance with the wookie!
